Technical Characteristics
1. Corrosion Resistance: The inner liner of the pipe is made of epoxy vinyl ester resin, providing excellent resistance to sulfur- and fluorine-containing flue gas and liquids in thermal power plants.
2. Heat Resistance: The inner liner resin utilizes epoxy vinyl ester resin with HDT (Heat Distortion Temperature) of 104°C and 154°C, with an instantaneous temperature resistance of up to 220°C.
3. Abrasion Resistance: Abrasion-resistant fillers are added during manufacturing, and both the inner and outer surfaces are smooth with a low roughness coefficient, ensuring outstanding wear resistance in liquids with a solid content of 15%.
4. Thermal Shock Resistance: FRP made from epoxy vinyl ester resin exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance, preventing delamination under thermal shock conditions at temperatures up to 200°C.
5. Filament Winding Technology: Manufactured using a microcomputer-controlled, long-fiber reciprocating continuous filament winding process, ensuring optimal axial and hoop stress distribution according to operational conditions. This enhances interlayer adhesion and prevents circumferential cracking.
6. Customizability: Non-standard components can be fabricated according to installation requirements.
